This celebration of winter’s light and renewal embraces the profound beauty of winter and the promise of the sun’s return. As the darkest days give way to brighter horizons, this exhibition reflects the transformative power of light during the colder months—a beacon of hope, warmth, and renewal in the heart of winter. Through luminous colours, radiant compositions, and striking contrasts, the showcased works invite viewers to explore the interplay between winter’s quietude and the sun’s gradual reawakening, celebrating the cyclical dance of nature that guides us toward brighter days.

The exhibit showcases paintings in a variety of mediums as well as one sculptural work. Featured artists from Whistler, the Sea to Sky and Vancouver include Lacey Jane Wilburn, Hugh Kearney, Cassie Dickinson, Christina Nick, Bea Gonzalez, Charlie Doyle, Bea Searle, Nina Moore, Lorine Mason, Jill Gotto, Megan Burke Beckman, Celeste Banning, Loridawn Gordon and Karen McLeod.
